Fishing report 7/nov/2017

By admin

During the last four days of October, we had fairly nice weather. Meaning, that the wind kept rising in strength and calming down around 10 o'clock in the morning (7-11 knots). The water temperature was from 73º to 86ºF. However, fishing during those days was a blast! Our captains were able to catch Dorados, Red Snappers, Rooster Fish, Seabass, Trigger Fish, Barrilete, and even two Sierras! A few of these were caught around Punta Lobo, while others a little far to the west. Not to mention, close to San Bruno heading towards the North and to the Northeast.

As for the first week of November, we had winds of 9-15 knots and slight changes in water temperature. Although, you could feel the weather changing because of the chilly air early in the morning and late afternoon. During these few days, we were able to fish Dorados, Barrilete, and Trigger Fish. The bait used, same as always, was Mackerel and Sardine alive.
